If you choose to provide us with personal information by sending an e-mail or by filling out a form with your personal information and submitting it through our website, we use that information to respond to your message and to help us provide you with information that you request. If you submit your resume through our website, we use your personal identification information only in considering your application for employment.

If using the free version of OppyDev your API key is stored in the app for your convenience. You can remove the API key and your individual data by logging out of the app. Please logout before uninstalling. User’s are responsible for securing their own API keys. These can be disabled if needed from your account with your AI Model, LLM provider. We will respond by any necessary legal process to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against any legal claims arising from the content of this website. Where necessary, we will share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or as otherwise required by law.
